About me
Hello, let me introduce myself:
I have been working in the “Human Resources” area (People) all my life. I have reached management positions that a boy from a small town in Granada would never have imagined, and I have had responsibility over very diverse and distant geographical areas.

I have seen everything in the corporate world: people I supported who became the leaders of an organization coming from the bottom, I have fired bad professionals who cheated in what they did or said. I have had conversations with people in high-responsibility positions living in paradisiacal areas begging me to return to their country because loneliness was turning them into alcoholics.
In short, throughout my career, I have witnessed the birth and death of great professionals. I am not just referring to the end of their careers, but, tragically, to their physical death.
So I have experienced everything and I can help you whether you are a professional in the People Area or any other area. If you are the former and need someone to advise and help you with employees, you are in the right place. If you are the latter, a successful professional in any area of the company and want to improve to gain more responsibility, or because your partner and children no longer recognize you at home and you want to see how to find that balance, I also attend to you directly. I will work with you so that you have the tools, skills, and knowledge necessary to take advantage of the opportunities that come your way, so that you, your children, or whoever you want, are proud of what you are doing and are successful, whatever success means to you.
To do this, I have prepared myself well. In addition to my experience, I have an MBA from IE, another in People Management from Complutense, I am certified in fitness by the Spanish wrestling federation (I’ll tell you what that’s for), I have a master’s degree in nutrition and health (idem), I am a licensed psychologist specializing in emotional intelligence and certified in change management (Prosci), Insights Discovery, and coaching (Diageo and J&J).
If you want to improve your life or that of someone around you, set aside 20 minutes and decide if you are interested in working with me. That first meeting is free, and it also helps me to know if it makes sense to work with you: I only work with people who really want to improve.
